Unlike Delirium, I was sucked into this story from the very start. It was really interesting/sad to see how Lena's life is now without Alex and also how she had to cope and survive without him. I was really bummed with the end of Delirium/what happened to Alex because I really loved his character and his and Lena's relationship.
I was also interested to see what was going to happen to Lena now that Alex was gone. Also, I was really hoping Alex would somehow survive and comeback. (Which thank god he did!). Julian's character really made me feel conflicted because I loved Alex's character so much but I really started to love Julian throughout Pandemonium. So we'll see what happens with that, but I hope Requim isn't all about the love triangle between Lena, Alex and Julian and has a strong story line like Delirium and Pandemonium. I think it would really take away from the story line and the interesting dystopian society Oliver has created.
I really love this series and can't wait for the next installment. I'm hoping the final book ends with a happy ending since these first two books have been nothing but heartbreak and conflict!
